“Mother” what strike's you when you hear this beautiful word ?

Well!! a stroke of emotions strike's in you, emotions of extreme love and care. This human which is called as a mother is quite different from other normal human being as she possess all the qualities of human such when it comes to child of her womb. She can go any extent to comfort him or her. She is wired just to give without even thinking how much she has given by expecting nothing in return.

We humans have two mothers first is our ‘Biological Mother’ who brings us in this beautiful world with so much love and care and on the other hand we have our ‘Mother Earth’. Just like our birth mother she provides us with all things which are important for a human to be alive i.e clean water to drink, fresh air to breathe, the immense peace in nature and much more.

Both mothers are wired only to give they never ask anything in return especially our ‘Mother Earth’. I would say she is the most gentle and patient mother we have. Our ‘Biological Mother’ struggles every phase of life to make things available for us but the source is from our ‘Mother Earth’

Both the mothers, love and pamper us so much that we do not realize our responsibility towards them, that we owe to take care of them too. Their nature is so forgiving, as we tend to believe that whatever we do or commit any kind of mistake our mothers will forgive us and that’s the reason we act like a spoiled child.

“Our Biological Mother”

The struggle of our biological mother begins at a very early age as she is a female species. ‘Mother’ is that strongest being who strives within our strange structured and male dominating society as she has to face numerous problems to survive in a stereotype society. She pays her dues in every phase of her life because she is a female gender. It might be through her parents, in-laws, her own children or in the world she lives in. She is 24/7 on her toes and always ready to work with no pays, no appreciation, no cure, no respect she deserves. I always wonder, how can a human who possess all the qualities is treated as inhuman by her own people who are depended on her.

“Our Earthly Mother”

The kind of treatment we have given to our birth mother and the way we take our birth for granted. Similarly we have considered and degraded our earthly mother and did not leave any single chance to exhaust her valuable but limited sources. She has provided us with so much in abundance. Well, I would say more than what we deserve. Let’s see what she has for us to offer? If I put it in simple words, she has provided us with a ‘Beautiful Life’. Let me go deep what I mean by beautiful life and see what she has blessed us with?

            You are well verse with the resources that we get are fresh water to drink, clean air to breath, medicine to heal, wildlife, health and many more apart from it I would like to mention a  ‘Spiritual Gift ‘of our earth and that is being in solitude. Only mother earth can gift you with it. Solitude is a state where you meet yourself by going deep within you, means our mother earth’s gift to access without that we can’t meet yourself.

What we have done to our mother earth?

We are spending the natural resources of our mother earth at a very fast phase as there is no credit limit to it, neither we can see how much debt we are in but the truth is that it’s not only us but our next generation will pay the price for it.

The disease of  wanting more has stuck in our minds as though we have taken a pledge not to be satisfied and to be in a state of worry of what we don’t have rather  on counting our blessings.

Today most of us have fallen in the trap of material possession and that material possession is more valuable to us than ourselves as those possession represents us. We forget, for this craziness and immaturity, our mother earth is paying the prize of our stubbornness but still she is calm. Well, that’s what mothers do right? They pay for their children’s liabilities?

By playing with her natural resources and disturbing her natural cycle we are killing her every single day and crawling towards our death bed.

What kind of tools we are using to weaken our mother earth?  

We human’s are developing at the fastest rate but are we so talented to make clean air? Can we generate clean water ? Can we grow thousands of plants in a day? Of course no but yet we can dilute the air, water and whole environmental cycle in seconds. We can cut the huge trees which takes years to grow, in fractions of seconds with highly developed machines. It means you are convinced with the lie which prevails in our society.

 What we have done with the gift of mother earth?

She has provided us with clean water and we have learnt to contaminate it, she gave us clean air to breathe and we dilute it. She helps us with peaceful nature and we convert it into noisy polluted nature. She has given us trees for our living but we have learnt to cut them down and make money and material possession. Our mother earth was not bias while sharing her gifts with us but we learnt the game of discrimination when it came under our power to show the world how fancy (fake) are we. 

Who is departing you from your mother earth?

The answer to this question is 'You'. It’s like you have blindfolded yourself to look at your beautiful earth. It seems like you don’t want to breathe clean air, you don’t want to be in solitude, you don’t want the trees as if you think they are useful only if we cut them down and make something out of it to boost your lifestyle. You are so habitual and used with the lie which is sold to you by majority of people who are wise in their own eyes.

Our responsibilities

If I ask whose responsibility is it to fix our mother earth? I am sure you know the answer its us ,who has to pay the our dues and our previous generations.

Responsibility of Teachers

A Teacher is that magician who possesses the power to mold the present and future of a child. He is that magician who can change the nation as he has a great responsibility to develop generations. It is the foremost responsibility of teachers to teach students about saving our mother earth.

Responsibility of Parents

It is difficult to be parents? NO!!! It’s impossible to be parent, as our parents are also doing experiments with their life, they are always trying to try something new in order to have better life. No one knows how to be perform as “THE PARENT” as while practicing parenting majority of parents adopt their old customary methods of parenting which turns into a disaster. As the society changes you should adopt new ways of parenting and the practice of saving the environment is one of them.

 Responsibility of Wise Individuals

Who are those wise individuals? Who takes responsibility of their actions whether right or wrong it doesn’t matter to them. Wise humans are those humans who have the courage to accept their actions and dare to face the consequences. They are those individuals who act like a leader when nobody is watching.  They are not hungry for the title but are concerned about the betterment of human kind. They are aware that they owe to the mother earth and well verse with their natural duties towards our nature.

Responsibility of an Ordinary human being

I call those set of people ordinary who act as a spoiled child towards their earthly mother. Who are so busy in their daily misery and criticism towards life that they can’t cope up with it? So how come these irresponsible shoulders can carry the responsibility of mother earth ?

Can we handle our earthly mother’s anger?

   

We have become an expert in handling our birth mother’s anger but can we handle our earthly mother’s anger?  As it’s a medium are earthquake, tsunami, volcano, tornado, landscape and flood.

How to save our earthly mother?

·       Be a good child and act wisely with your mother earth.

·       Use all natural resources mindfully and with great love and care.

·       Embrace minimalism.

·       Cure your disease of wanting more. Kindly take the medicine of satisfaction.

·       Shift your attention to need from greed.

·       Stop living a fancy (not true) life by buying the mistruth prevailing in our society.

·       Let’s speak the language of love taught by our mother earth and learn to share with our fellow human beings.
